Bahawalpur (Punjabi, Urdu: بہاولپور‎), is a city located in Punjab province of Pakistan. The city used to be the capital of theBahawalpur princely state, now theBahawalpur District. It is the 13th most populous metropolitan area of Pakistan.^[4]
